Jakarta, April 12 2025 | SPARK—She Power and Awakens Real Knowledge—is not just a workshop, but a movement. As a flagship series under the SHINE initiative, SPARK was designed as an immersive and sustainable learning journey that empowers young women to create real, lasting impact through community-based service projects.
Throughout a series of interactive online sessions, participants from diverse regions of Indonesia embarked on a thought-provoking exploration of leadership, design thinking, entrepreneurship, and self-empowerment. Far from passive lectures, each session encouraged participants to engage actively with complex societal issues, reflect on their personal values, and begin laying the groundwork for local initiatives that respond to real community needs.
The leadership module emphasized values-driven action, integrity, and inclusive decision-making. In the design thinking sessions, participants learned how to identify community challenges empathetically and co-create innovative solutions with stakeholders. The entrepreneurship component encouraged sustainable thinking—how to build initiatives that not only serve, but endure. And perhaps most powerful of all, the self-empowerment sessions invited participants to reconnect with their own voice, purpose, and potential.
