Jakarta, July 25, 2025 — The IMPACT Program (Inspiring & Empowers U-Go Scholars for Professional Advancement, Career, and Talent) returns this year as a collaborative initiative by the U-Go Scholarship, INOTEK Foundation, and Standard Chartered Bank. The program is designed to equip young women scholars with essential career insights, workplace skills, and personal reflection tools to help them navigate the evolving professional landscape.

This year’s series kicked off with an inspiring session led by Irvandias Sanjaya, S.Psi., CCP., CPS., a seasoned human capital practitioner, Founder of Rumah Siap Kerja, and Coach at RevoU. In his talk, Irvandias emphasized the importance of mental readiness, authentic personal branding, and strategic career planning. His insights sparked enthusiasm among participants, encouraging them to embrace their unique strengths and confidently shape their professional journeys.

Following the keynote session, the program continued with Exclusive Mentoring sessions facilitated by professionals from Standard Chartered Bank. These one-on-one and small group discussions offered scholars practical guidance on industry trends, personal development strategies, and building meaningful professional networks. The mentoring experience aims to strengthen the scholars’ career readiness and broaden their future opportunities.
