On Sunday, May 17, 2026, the INOTEK Foundation together with the U-Go Scholarship successfully held the Week 2 Program SHINE (She Inspires and Empowers) 2.O virtually via Zoom Meeting. The event was attended by U-Go scholarship recipients from semesters 2, 4, and 6, continuing the mission to empower young women through leadership development and strategic program design.
This second week built upon the foundation of Week 1, shifting focus from problem identification to crafting feasible and innovative solutions. Participants were guided to think strategically, refine ideas, and balance creativity with practicality in designing social initiatives. The workshop emphasized resource mapping, feasibility analysis, and innovation strategies to ensure solutions are not only impactful but also realistic and sustainable.
The main session, From Ideas to Impact: Designing Feasible and Innovative Social Solutions, ran from 09:40 to 10:40 WIB, followed by a Q&A, worksheet explanation, and group discussions. Key themes included solution development, feasibility in program design, resource optimization, innovation strategies, and analysis of internal and external factors influencing program success.
Through this program, U-Go continues to instill critical skills in its scholars, ensuring they are capable of transforming ideas into actionable solutions that address community needs. Week 2 of SHINE 2.O marks another important step in shaping future female leaders who are ready to drive meaningful change in health, climate resilience, digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and sustainability sectors.
