U-GO SUMMIT OFFSITE 2026 CAMBODIA

A proud moment for Indonesia unfolded at the prestigious U-GO Ambassadors Offsite 2026, held at Rosewood Hotel, Phnom Penh. Two Indonesian delegates, Nadya Azwarelda Haryanto and Andi Mir’atul Jannah, were given the honor of officially opening the international conference, marking a historic achievement for young Indonesian scholars on the global stage.

The event gathered the Board of Directors (BOD), investors, donors, and scholarship partners from around the world to witness firsthand the progress and impact of the U-GO program. Unlike traditional conferences, this year’s offsite embraced a Scholar-led Experience, where scholars themselves took center stage. After intensive preparation during the Pre-Summit, Nadya and Andi confidently led discussions and shared their personal journeys in front of global leaders.

In her speech, Nadya, an Actuarial Science student at ITK with aspirations to become a CEO, highlighted the importance of creating space for women in finance and technology sectors. Complementing her vision, Andi, an English Education student, shared inspiring stories of Indonesian women’s resilience and readiness to innovate.

Their presence and powerful delivery served as living proof of the program’s mission: that the support from boards, investors, and partners is not merely about providing access to education, but about shaping future leaders. The confident voices of Nadya and Andi stood as a testament to how investment in education transforms lives and builds a generation ready to lead change.
